Kim is a professional therapist who is very welcoming. I didn't come to therapy with much expectation, in fact, I didn't take it very seriously at all, it was just a bit of messing about. But wow, the therapy that Kim used called BWRT is really 'powerful'. I can't believe how it has changed my response towards a very unpleasant early memory. I will be booking another session in another two weeks time.

I found BWRT therapy to be highly effective - it helped me to remain calm in situations that once would have caused me to completely overthink and overreact. I loved how quickly the therapy actually worked and how BWRT could rewire my neural pathways in one session. I have to say I was astonished that I did start to feel different from my very first session. Thanks to Kim, I felt relaxed and at ease going into my sessions and I would have no hesitation in undergoing the therapy again in the future if I needed to or recommend it to anyone who may be thinking of having sessions.
